ForeverSlim is a modern diet center, established in February 2009 in Antelias-Naccache area. Our goal is not only to change your weight but also to change your life. Our staff consists of well organized personnel with:

Our location was carefully selected away from polluted roads, surrounded with trees & greens. The facility is exposed to day light and ventilated with a double skin hood. The fresh air is filtered with a “back” filter, similar to modern hospitals' intensive care units, in order to be perfectly sterile!!!
Besides sophisticated equipments for weight control, our head dietitian gives a well balanced diet, after performing special tests for each individual. In addition, a blood test is available to give your food intolerance.Since artificial sweeteners are not healthy for pregnant women, cancer patients and children, we use coconut sugar and stevia which is more safe and appropriate for all ages.
Our kitchen is designed with separate areas for fish, meat, chicken, vegetable, cooking, packaging and cleaning. Best equipments are used and some of them are listed bellow with respective functionality:. Blast chiller, is used to cool down the temp of the food without allowing microbial multiplication.
. Combi-oven, is used to cook the food in a well controlled temperature.
. Knee operated sink, where no one touches the sink with hands.
. Refrigerators and freezers are monitored every 3 hours and have round corners for perfect cleaning.
. Ceramic tiles cover all walls and floor in addition to two gutters running along the kitchen floor to facilitate cleaning.
Finaly, we have a controlled flow of delivery; Our refrigerated Vans departure early in the morning to distribute healthy and fresh food to the clients.
